So this is what KSDK News (Channel 5) is calling the month of October: ROCKTOBER. So for my readers who are not from St. Louis, this is in reference to the playoff season and Cardinal fever that sweeps through. Being from the land of the Cubs, it's quite different from my October days in Chicago. I mean, the only days I had to look forward to were Columbus Day (NO SCHOOL) and Halloween. Seriously, what is this Rocktober you speak of?
Well, the Cardinal fever even hits schools. Tomorrow will be our second Cardinal day, in hopes to help the Cardinals beat the Pirates in the Game 5. So...here's to living in St. Louis, being swept away by Cardinal nation. Robinson folks, don't forget to wear red tomorrow!
